PAYMENT METHODS (DOMESTIC)
- I accept payments through PayPal--it's quick, easy, and secure. PayPal does not share buyers' personal information (such as credit card numbers) with merchants. You can pay with a debit card, credit card, e-check, or PayPal balance, and you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to do so. Simply select the PayPal option during checkout. Please note that debit payments and e-checks can take several days to clear. Learn more about PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/
- I also accept personal checks and money orders. Please mail your payment within 5 days of placing your order; orders will be canceled if payment isn't received within 12 days. Checks will be held until they have cleared (see "When Are Orders Shipped?" below). My address will be on the receipt that is emailed to you after placing your order.

- Priority Mail Domestic: $5.99
*Shipping rates do not go up if you buy more than one item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you do not live in the U.S. and would like to purchase something from my site, please contact me, and we'll try to work out the details. The payment method I accept is PayPal, and payments must be in USD. Some countries have restrictions as to whether jewelry can be shipped in via the USPS; sometimes it isn't permitted at all, and sometimes extra shipping costs are required (for example, Registered Mail or Insured Priority Mail). This differs on a country-by-country basis. There are very few restrictions to ship UPS, but it is extremely expensive (over $50). If jewelry can be shipped to your country and you'd still like to purchase an item after I've determined your shipping cost, I'll put it in a reserved listing for you. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees charged at customs. Sometimes an import permit is required for the buyer. Another thing to consider is that packages can be held up indefinitely at customs, and it is nearly impossible to track a package once it has left the U.S.

SALES TAX
North Carolina residents will be charged a sales tax of 6.75%.
WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted if they are mailed back within 7 days of receipt of the order. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when shipped. They must be placed in their original boxes/pouches. In general, shipping costs cannot be refunded, though certain exceptions may apply.
RESIZING
Some of my pieces can be sized up or down and some cannot. If you'd like to find out if an item can be resized, feel free to contact me.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY
My pieces should not be submerged in water. Sterling silver items should be polished gently with a sterling polishing cloth.
PACKAGING/GIFT WRAP
All purchases are placed in decorative pouches or prettily adorned boxes. If you prefer one over the other please make a note of that in the comment box at checkout. Let me know if you have any other special requests.
